Come Dine With Me - No. 8 - Framed Photos Add A Nice Touch...

Love the collection of framed photos etc in this mod and funky dining area. A great 'display of affection'.

And, as always, as a part of this series.....

Ask yourself: 'Do I savour the ritual of eating with my family/friends whenever I can?'

Which leads to: ' When, or how, can I include this precious time together more?'

Because: There's something so primitively delightful and bonding about the 'breaking of bread' (so to speak) with our loved ones. It's a ritual and a tradition that's been crowded out and lost amongst television, technology, and texting! It's time to 'get together' and connect the old fashioned way again.

  1. I love it. The bench is clever with all that extra storage space. And the Tulip table is my favorite of all times.
    Have a great week end!!

  2. I've always liked pictures that have been grouped or anything grouped I guess. The blue bowls are a lovely touch also.
    Thanks Linda xo :)

  3. Firstly, thanks for popping over to my blog, Ted is a special name in our family too, carried through all generations which is partly why I wanted to use it. I love that dining area, weekends are usually the only time we all get to eat together while the kids are still little, & it is such precious time...enjoy your weekend!

  5. I love the storage too Bobbi... you can never have enought I reckon.

The bowls make it look so much better than it would without them Nerine... nothing like a splash of bright colour for me - I love it!

Thanks Little Ted Canvas, hope you had a great weekend. Love to hear stories about families with the name Ted - how great that it runs in your family too!
