.... that big sliding barn door! Now that would really add some atmosphere to a modern/rustic place. Having come 'from the country' as a girl, but also loving parts of the mod look, that would be a door I'd love to have in my perfect house someday. Just got to get one big enough to take it!!

I would LOVE a sea view. Or a view of a lake, or a forest... and I would love a fire place in my bedroom, and room for a chaise longue. By the fire place obviously! ;-) Still, I'm not complaining. My own bed room is my cosy sanctuary and retreat. Some of these rooms I find quite pretty, but none of them 'have it all'.
ReplyDeleteThat barn door is great. There was a photo shoot in a Dutch mag a while ago that had Indonesian temple doors (unpainted wood carved in intricate floral patterns) for bedroom doors. I was positively drooooooling.
