Heather Bailey's Colourful And Inspiring Studio... A Soul Nourishing And Inspiring Space

The work spaces of creative people tend to be.... well..... creative!

Not just a bare-boned space to hold all the physical accoutrements necessary to get work done, but also a soul nourishing, idea inspiring, energy building, passionate place to express what's important to the creative heart!

Look at Heather Bailey's studio!

Heather's love for her work is evident in the loving and lavish attention she's given to her workspace.

Beautiful colours, delightfully arranged material stacks, ribbons, objects of admiration, eye pleasing displays, a chandelier to die for, whimsical and quirky furniture. This is a veritable feast for the creative soul!

What a supremely supportive place to work in.

Creating in this studio must be like feeling the soft warm sun on your face in spring, an almost heavenly experience.

Here's a couple of Heather's pin cushions. She sells the kits for them at her online shop. Aren't they adorable!

I first found Heather's work on the gorgeous blog Everything Etsy. Thanks Kim for such a wonderful blog and beautiful pics.

Ask yourself: 'Does my work space support and nourish my work, or simply provide a space for me to 'get it done'?'

Which leads to: 'How can I make my work space a place where I enjoy spending time? A place where hours seem to go by in the blink of an eye'.

Because: Each space within our home has a purpose and an intent. For it to fulfill this purpose, you need to intentionally focus on ways to build the vibe you wish to create.

Cheers,

Linda.

Just visited your Ballarat Vintage blog and it's gorgeous!

Your clothes finds are lovely. I have one particular favourite op shop that I get stacks of my clothes from! People don't believe me when I tell them how much I paid for them.
